Sr Environmental Remediation Leader
Leads environmental services growth initiatives, client account expansion, and project delivery in Louisiana’s Petrochemical and Energy markets.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Sciences, or related field

Minimum of 15 years of relevant client-facing experience in environmental services and solutions
Preferred Skills
-
Master’s degree in a related discipline
-
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas and/or Louisiana
Responsibilities
-
Drive growth initiatives and expand environmental services across Louisiana
-
Grow existing client accounts, particularly in Baton Rouge and the surrounding region
-
Develop and sustain partnerships with Petrochemical and Energy sector clients
-
Collaborate across teams to deliver differentiated services, pursuit strategies, and innovative solutions

Serve as Project Manager and Technical Expert by preparing proposals, cost estimates, technical approaches, and directing project teams

Lead and motivate project teams to meet goals, milestones, and deliverables

Build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent in-person meetings in Louisiana

Achieve annual sales goals:

Year 1: $250k–$500k net revenue

Year 2: $1MM–$1.5MM net revenue
-
Year 3+: $2MM–$3MM+ net revenue
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $174,000.00 per year
