Director of Global Software Sales responsible for leading international sales efforts, managing a global team and channel partners, and driving strategic revenue growth for a turbomachinery software suite.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical software sales

  • Experience in international market development

  • Experience managing global sales teams and channel partners

  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to inform strategy

  • Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of turbomachinery applications and industry challenges

  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape of engineering software solutions

  • Strong collaboration experience with marketing, engineering, and product management teams

  • Ability to prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and executive-level presentations


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with company goals

  • Lead, coach, and manage an international sales team and partner network

  • Expand into new markets and deepen engagement with existing customers

  • Align product offerings with market demand through cross-functional collaboration

  • Represent the company at global industry events and customer meetings

  • Drive continuous sales process improvement through data and feedback analysis

  • Maintain deep technical and market knowledge relevant to the turbomachinery software domain



Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
