Summary: Seeking a Program Manager to lead defense electronics programs, focusing on development, production, and customer engagement with full P&L accountability.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • B.S. in Engineering or related technical discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or SATCOM program management
    • Experience in full program lifecycle management
    • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced technical degree or MBA
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance
    • PMP certification
    • Familiarity with EVMS and standard PM tools

  • Responsibilities:

    • Drive end-to-end program execution from development to support
    • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across deliverables
    • Serve as primary contact for defense customers, ensuring timely delivery of products


Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
