Parts Manager (Heavy Equipment)
Summary: Seeking a Parts Manager experienced in heavy construction equipment for managing parts inventory, ordering, and coordination with sales and service departments.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of two years of parts operations and inventory management experience
Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting preferred
Responsibilities:
Obtain and prepare parts quotes
Order and manage parts inventory for equipment fleet
Manage parts ordering from manufacturers and expedite backorders
Ensure customer invoices are confirmed daily in parts system
Coordinate daily with Sales and Service departments
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
