Parts Manager (Heavy Equipment)

Summary: Seeking a Parts Manager experienced in heavy construction equipment for managing parts inventory, ordering, and coordination with sales and service departments.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum of two years of parts operations and inventory management experience

• Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and prepare parts quotes

• Order and manage parts inventory for equipment fleet

• Manage parts ordering from manufacturers and expedite backorders

• Ensure customer invoices are confirmed daily in parts system

• Coordinate daily with Sales and Service departments

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
