Summary: Seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead strategic planning, operations management, and ERP implementation in a high-tech industrial equipment manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET Accredited); Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
  • Strong computer skills including MRP, ERP, inventory and warehouse management, MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with high-tech product development and manufacturing.
  • Successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software.
  • Ability to combine knowledge of emerging technologies with organizational focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall manufacturing strategy, planning, operations, procurement, and ERP management.
  • Develop operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control programs.
  • Design effective organizational structure to support business strategies.
  • Promote employee development and performance through technology skill acquisition.


Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
