Summary: Seeking an experienced MMIC Director with expertise in semiconductor technology and signal intelligence within the microwave tuner market for aerospace and defense applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 12+ years of technical experience in R&D and production focusing on MMICs, MCMs, and tuners for aerospace and defense.
  • Experience leading P&L organizations with accountability for bookings, revenue, EBITDA, and cash targets.
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's in Engineering or MBA.
  • Existing security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management including quality assurance and process implementation.
  • Manage product life cycle from concept through production transition.
  • Build high-performing engineering teams with innovative vision.
  • Travel as needed (25-30%).


Pay Details: $162,000.00 to $280,000.00 per year
