Summary: Seeking a Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead global promotion and business growth of advanced technology products in industrial sectors.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have industrial equipment applications and/or industrial processing marketing experience.

  • 10 to 20 years of directly applicable experience.

  • US Citizenship required due to government work.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.

  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA preferred.

  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Proven ability to understand complex equipment applications and market them effectively.

  • Advanced knowledge of modern marketing management, brand management, distribution channels, product planning, and sales forecast principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing products globally.

  • Oversee the growth of the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities within the client base and securing new accounts.

  • Identify new market opportunities for existing products and potential new product opportunities.

  • Manage annual marketing budget and financial considerations including profit/loss projections.

  • Lead development of effective marketing strategies focused on audience growth for products/services.

  • Spearhead execution of marketing campaigns including test/control segmentation, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Maintain key client relationships while developing new connections to expand brand presence.



Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
