Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Test Automation Engineer to develop and implement test automation for electromechanical systems, focusing on efficiency and system validation.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with embedded and electromechanical hardware systems
  • Experience with circuit design, schematics, debugging circuits
  • Proficiency in Python for test software development
  • Knowledge of QA/test methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with GIT version control system

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Product Realization Process and System Development Life Cycle
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Experience with Atlassian tool suite: Jira & Confluence
  • Real-time solutions development for hardware testing

Responsibilities:

  • Review technical documents for testability feedback
  • Develop overall test strategy and automation software
  • Provide resource estimates for testing duration and expenses
  • Specify commercial/custom test solutions; collaborate on equipment procurement
  • Develop test cases/procedures for adequate coverage
  • Execute tests, validate results, manage deadlines/deliverables


Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
