Summary: Seeking a Program Manager with expertise in medical device development to lead complex, multi-faceted projects from design to rollout.

Requirements:

  • Prior Med Device experience (Class 2 or Class 3) required.
  • BS degree (MS preferred) in an Engineering discipline.
  • 8+ years project management experience, preferably with complex laser-based systems.
  • 10+ years technology development experience in laser systems, electro-opto-mechanical systems, or optics-based medical devices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Early startup experience highly valued.
  • Experience in a med device design consulting firm advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Design Controls and Risk Management practices preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale medical product development programs involving internal and external partners.
  • Provide technical leadership in design, test, and system integration of medical devices.
  • Plan program deliverables and formulate project plans with senior management approval.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues timely, and propose solutions proactively.
  • Drive accountability and quality of project tasks within the development team.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and track actuals against forecasts.
  • Monitor progress to plan and implement corrective actions as needed.


Pay Details: $76.00 to $102.00 per hour
