Summary: Seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient product handling.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse coordination

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

  • Experience with ERP systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred

  • Solid and accurate data entry skills required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred

  • General understanding of production practices, BOM's, and shipping/receiving a plus

  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, sort, and store items correctly; ensure proper labeling

  • Perform cycle counting duties for inventory accuracy

  • Research inventory discrepancies; submit reports on findings

  • Assist in determining root causes of discrepancies; implement corrective actions

  • Respond to inquiries from Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and Engineering promptly

  • Assist material handlers in locating materials

  • Update dimensions and weights for materials in the database

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations diligently

  • Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $54,000.00 per year
