Summary: Seeking a Machine Operator skilled in diagnostics and microscope work to support high volume production and inspection processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods
  • Experience in machine operating and diagnostics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic Windows navigation
  • Good math skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inspection and optics

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for product manufacturing
  • Mount substrates on fixtures for dicing
  • Setup tools based on product type
  • Load recipes and materials into machines
  • Perform dimensional inspections to ensure tolerance compliance
  • Conduct visual inspections using microscopes for defect identification
  • Clean processed materials using chemical baths or surface wipes
  • Maintain accurate records via logs, labels, and databases
  • Resolve technical issues to maximize equipment uptime
  • Assist in training new associates
  • Maintain clean work area and tools


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
