Summary: Seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Professional with expertise in Field Service for implementation, customization, and optimization efforts.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Field Service

  • Strong understanding of Field Service processes (dispatch, resource scheduling, service agreements)

  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps

  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Custom Workflows

  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for D365 Field Service

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service modules

  • Develop functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations

  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing activities

  • Create documentation for solution design and configuration

  • Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical domains

  • Work with developers on custom development and system enhancements



Pay Details: $55.00 to $74.00 per hour
