Summary: Seeking a Senior Optical Coating Engineer to lead development of new optical products and implement critical processes in a state-of-the-art optical coating facility.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in thin film optical coating and vacuum coating technologies
  • Hands-on experience with optical coating systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to design and evaluate thin film coatings for VUV, DUV, UV, visible and near IR spectral ranges

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to develop new optical products
  • Collaborate with decision-makers to coordinate technological advancements
  • Oversee established production processes and facilitate future development


Pay Details: $132,000.00 to $164,000.00 per year
