Job Summary: Seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager with expertise in basic circuits and PCBs for team leadership, product understanding, and small program management.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a team lead, managing 3-4 people

  • Proficiency in basic circuits (analog & digital) including amplifiers and filters

  • Understanding of PCBs (FPGA is a plus)

  • Ability to collaborate with software engineers and electrical engineers for product understanding

  • Familiarity with ITAR regulations

  • Willingness to run small programs

Preferred Skills:

  • Any experience working with PRIME companies like Lockheed or Raytheon is beneficial

  • Knowledge of IEEE NSA standards is ideal

  • Familiarity with JSTD or Quality standards is helpful

  • Background in working with sensors, satellites, or cameras

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of 3 to 4 members.

  • Understanding and working on basic circuits such as analog & digital, amplifiers and filters.

  • Collaborating with software engineers and electrical engineers to understand products.

  • Running small programs related to the job role.

  • Ensuring compliance with ITAR regulations within the team.

 



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
