Summary: Seeking a Billing and Revenue Specialist to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections operations in a dynamic environment.

  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
    • Associates degree or equivalent experience
    • Background in Subscription Accounting preferred

  • Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and issue accurate invoices
    • Audit billing data for accuracy
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams
    • Monitor accounts receivable aging report
    • Conduct outreach for outstanding payments
    • Respond to billing inquiries and disputes


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
