Summary: Seeking a Precision Grinder with expertise in CNC grinding operations for aerospace components.

Requirements:

  • Able to work 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
  • Experience with tight tolerances, GD&T, and blueprints
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience with precision grinders (Studers or Okamoto preferred)
  • Ability to adjust feed rates and rotation speeds
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, adjust, and operate CNC grinders for OD, ID, boring, and facing operations
  • Handle job shop environment with piece runs requiring setups of 2-8 hours
  • Machine and install or recut jaws as required
  • Verify parts using gauges and measuring devices
  • Work within a cell with multiple machines


Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
