Summary: Seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction through data analysis, quality control measures, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive industry

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent quality of products and processes
  • Collaborate with plant quality team and technology department
  • Analyze data and implement quality control measures
  • Serve as technical resource for process and product improvements
  • Support customer audits and provide onsite support


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
