Design and oversee efficient, cost-effective packaging solutions that meet regulatory standards while supporting cross-functional operations across multiple locations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Packaging Engineering

  • 5+ years of packaging engineering experience

  • CAD experience (any platform)

  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with packaging material cost optimization

  • Familiarity with packaging performance testing methods

  • Knowledge of regulatory and environmental packaging compliance

  • Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Background in supplier quality and audit support

  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics for packaging material flow

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design packaging using CAD based on product specifications and shipping conditions

  • Select appropriate materials including cardboard, plastic, and metal

  • Conduct drop, vibration, and environmental condition tests on packaging

  • Optimize packaging to reduce costs and eliminate waste

  • Collaborate with project management, IT, and supply chain to implement new labeling and packaging systems

  • Ensure all packaging solutions comply with industry regulations and customer requirements

  • Lead packaging process improvements and continuous improvement projects

  • Support audits and corrective actions related to packaging supplier performance



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
