Summary: Seeking a CNC Mazak Operator with expertise in Mazatrol and FANUC controllers for machining operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating CNC vertical machining centers
  • Proficiency with FANUC & Mazatrol controllers
  • Understanding of G and M codes related to vertical machining centers
  • Familiarity with CAD software relevant to CNC machining
  • Advanced math skills for calculating feeds and speeds
  • Ability to use tape measure, micrometer, and caliper
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience
  • Physical ability to meet vision, hearing, and mobility requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Successful completion of a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Write programs at the controller for various parts using Mazatrol and FANUC controllers
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Align materials on the machine using measuring instruments and hand tools
  • Specify and manage proper tooling for parts/jobs while ensuring tolerances are met


Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
