Summary: Seeking a Product Improvement Engineer specialized in electrical engineering to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Support, Project, or Electrical Engineering
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Proficient with ECAD software and MS Office Suite
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in design and manufacture of PCBAs and Cable Assemblies
    • Proven Project Management experience
    • Experience with CAD software
    • Knowledge of Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE)
    • Background in Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Responsibilities:

    • Identify and execute improvements on electrical assemblies for released products
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing
    • Select parts and processes to ensure reliable product function
    • Validate concepts through analysis and testing
    • Design electrical assemblies including PCBs and cable assemblies
    • Troubleshoot design issues for existing product lines
    • Lead multiple projects simultaneously


Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
