Summary: Seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CNC machinery.

  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of technical school or equivalent experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
    • Knowledge of industrial automation equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
    • Process-oriented with the ability to complete travel and expense reports.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in the CNC Machinery Industry providing technical support.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct pre-installation reviews and oversee machine installations at customer facilities.
    • Inspect, adjust, and start up newly installed machines; demonstrate safe setup, operation, and maintenance protocols.
    • Provide warranty and non-warranty service including problem identification, maintenance, repair services, and training as required.
    • Regularly visit assigned customers to assess machine operation and suggest service needs.
    • Develop relationships with local distributors for technical support collaboration.
    • Complete service reports accurately within specified time frames.
    • Provide remote technical support via phone and email.


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
