Contracts Manager - EPC
Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager with expertise in EPC or large industrial construction to manage commercial obligations and risks in project contracts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Law
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (preferably 6+ years)
- Experience in EPC, large industrial construction, or roadway projects
- US Citizenship required; ITAR compliance necessary
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of "No Harm - No Foul" contract principles
- Familiarity with consortia contracts
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to understand commercial obligations and liabilities
- Develop and maintain Risk Registers for projects
- Implement standardized correspondence and milestone management tools
- Minimize financial penalties and optimize financial opportunities throughout contract life cycle
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
