Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager with expertise in EPC or large industrial construction to manage commercial obligations and risks in project contracts.

  • Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering or Law
    • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (preferably 6+ years)
    • Experience in EPC, large industrial construction, or roadway projects
    • US Citizenship required; ITAR compliance necessary

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of "No Harm - No Foul" contract principles
    • Familiarity with consortia contracts

  • Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand commercial obligations and liabilities
    • Develop and maintain Risk Registers for projects
    • Implement standardized correspondence and milestone management tools
    • Minimize financial penalties and optimize financial opportunities throughout contract life cycle


Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
