Robot Support Specialist
Summary: Seeking a Robot Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and operational assistance for users of robotic technology in the sports industry.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the sports industry.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Foundational understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer requests for support.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to robot users.
- Maintain accurate support tickets and update customer records.
- Assist in analyzing data to improve support operations.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
