Summary: Seeking a Technical Specialist with expertise in the CNC Machinery Industry to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train technicians.

Requirements:

  • AS Degree in EET preferred

  • Minimum five years of field service experience on CNC products preferred

  • Willingness to travel 40% nationally for training during the first year

  • Willingness to travel 10% internationally

Preferred Skills:

  • Significant experience in offering technical support within the CNC Machinery Industry

  • Ability to identify and resolve repetitive product problems effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Technical Specialist Customer Experience

  • Identify and develop action plans for product issues

  • Accurately identify replacement part numbers for products

  • Travel to customer facilities for diagnosis, repair, or training purposes as needed

  • Compile and distribute guides and bulletins for product installation and repair

  • Follow up on orders and expedite repairs by removing parts from machinery if necessary

  • Develop and present Technical Service Training Programs with visual materials



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
