Summary: Seeking an Electrical Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Accredited technical school or apprenticeship preferred

  • Two years of technical education in electronics or five years of related experience

  • Proficiency in electronic and PLC technology and programming

  • Familiarity with electrical theory, NEC codes, OSHA standards

  • Experience with voltage up to 480 volts three-phase

  • Knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, tools, equipment, and materials

Preferred Skills:

  • Computer skills and PLC programming

  • Auto-CAD drawings of circuit boards

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer electrical circuits, controls, wiring for new installations/upgrades

  • Write specifications for component purchase; work with vendors for compatibility

  • Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair of electrical installations

  • Perform hands-on work; install, alter, maintain electrical systems/equipment

  • Analyze and correct power failures, short circuits, electrical problems

  • Maintain safety standards; comply with statutory codes and OSHA requirements

  • Attend training to stay updated on latest technologies



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
