Summary: Seeking a Production Shop Manager with aerospace industry experience to lead and drive change in the weld shop.

  • Requirements:

    • Aerospace industry background
    • US Citizen or Green Card holder due to government contracts
    • Experience managing shop floor for aerospace, preferably in welding or CNC machining

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field, or substantial experience in lieu of degree
    • Familiarity with Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of approximately 40 technicians in the weld shop
    • Manufacture aluminum thin-walled parts for heat exchangers
    • Promote change and drive improvements within the team


Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
