IT Manager
Summary: Seeking an IT Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage business systems within a manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles focused on digital transformation.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and IoT.
- Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, ITIL, Agile, or PMP.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive innovation.
- Own and manage business systems like ERP and PLM to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead development of the company's digital transformation strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Evaluate existing IT systems for improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for digital innovation across the organization.
- Manage external vendor relationships including contracts and agreements oversight.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Develop and manage IT budget ensuring projects are completed on time within budget.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
