Summary: Seeking an IT Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage business systems within a manufacturing setting.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles focused on digital transformation.
    • Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and IoT.
    • Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation initiatives.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Master's degree.
    • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, ITIL, Agile, or PMP.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive innovation.
    • Own and manage business systems like ERP and PLM to ensure efficient operations.
    • Lead development of the company's digital transformation strategy aligned with business priorities.
    • Evaluate existing IT systems for improvement and optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for digital innovation across the organization.
    • Manage external vendor relationships including contracts and agreements oversight.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
    • Develop and manage IT budget ensuring projects are completed on time within budget.


Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
