CNC Programmer / MFG Engineer
Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Mastercam and milling & turning machining up to 5-axis programming.
Must have strong Mastercam experience
Experience with both milling & turning (lathe) machining
Geometric Dimensions & Tolerance standards (GD&T) knowledge required
Production planning skills necessary to produce manufacturing plans
Preferred Skills:
5 years+ CNC Programming experience desired
College graduate preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes for new part numbers based on customer specifications
Coordinate inter-departmental manufacturing processes, planning, and job travelers
Interpret drawings and customer specifications for product manufacturing
Develop process drawings and In Process features using Solidworks for efficient part manufacturing
Design manufacturing tooling and develop associated tooling routers
Create CNC setup sheets and write programs using Mastercam for tool, fixture, gage, and product creation
Identify/design cutting tools for machining operations
Submit design change requests to customers in coordination with Quality
Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
