Process Engineer - Finishing
Process/Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing chemical manufacturing processes, applying SPC controls, and supporting production, quality, and environmental/safety compliance across multiple sites.
Job Requirements

BS in Chemistry
-
Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience
-
Experience with SPC techniques (Statistical Process Control)

Ability to travel to different sites as needed
-
20/40 corrected vision
-
Ability to wear required PPE
Preferred Skills
-
Textile, coatings, or composites manufacturing experience
-
Lean Six Sigma experience
-
Knowledge of environmental compliance systems

Knowledge of emissions monitoring systems
Job Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing process parameters to improve performance, yield, and product quality

Support production teams with process setup, troubleshooting, and corrective actions

Apply SPC methods to monitor process performance and drive adjustments and corrective actions

Coordinate with R&D and Quality on process changes, trials, and product specifications

Support environmental, health, and safety compliance activities in accordance with site requirements
-
Provide cross-site technical support as required by travel needs
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
