Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent experience

Full life-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage/salary trends, and relationship management

Experience recruiting for a broad range of roles across national, multi-location environments
-
Experience building recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with hiring teams
-
Experience maintaining complete candidate and requisition documentation in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
-
Familiarity with BrassRing Kenexa ATS
-
Familiarity with Phenom CRM
-
Familiarity with Paradox
Preferred Skills
-
Advanced sourcing strategy experience across multiple channels (job boards, referrals, networking, outreach)

Experience developing interview plans and structured screening workflows

Experience analyzing recruiting pipeline metrics and conversion rates
Job Responsibilities
-
Review resumes and credentials against position requirements
-
Conduct pre-screen interviews using behavioral interviewing techniques

Provide candidates with accurate information on roles, hiring process, and job expectations

Prepare candidates for interviews by providing role details, department context, and interviewer-specific expectations

Coordinate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to manage requisitions and recruiting activities
-
Extend employment offers under hiring manager direction and within established compensation and approval guidelines

Maintain accurate documentation for candidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions in ATS/CRM systems

Monitor recruiting trends and methods to support competitive sourcing and screening practices
Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
