Industrial Engineer – Time Studies
Industrial Engineer responsible for conducting time studies, analyzing production processes, and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Process Engineering

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience conducting time studies and documenting time study results
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with lean manufacturing tools (5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen events)

Experience with work measurement techniques and standard work development

Experience with manufacturing data analysis and basic statistical tools

Experience with CAD or layout tools for workstation and line design
Job Responsibilities

Conduct detailed time studies on manufacturing operations and document results

Analyze process flow, work content, and bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and documented cycle times

Support layout optimization of workstations and production lines based on time study data

Assist with implementation of process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve efficiency

Prepare reports, charts, and summaries of time study findings and process analyses

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to validate changes and monitor results
Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
