Contract Specialist responsible for supporting contract administration, sourcing activities, and requisition processing in a regulated environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or sourcing support

  • Experience drafting, executing, and reviewing purchase requisitions and contract documents

  • Familiarity with Statements of Work (SOWs), indirect sourcing, and contract lifecycle processes

  • Experience working in regulated environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Ariba or similar e-sourcing and procurement tools

  • Experience tracking contract statuses, approvals, and renewals

  • Experience supporting process improvements in contract and sourcing workflows

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret contract and requisition data

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and process new and renewal SOWs in alignment with sourcing standards

  • Review purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contracts

  • Partner with internal teams to gather required information and resolve contract or requisition issues

  • Ensure contract and requisition documentation complies with internal policies and sourcing standards

  • Track contract statuses, approvals, expirations, and renewals to avoid lapses in coverage

  • Support continuous improvement of contract management and requisition workflows, tools, and templates



Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
