Injection Molding Machine Operators 2nd Shift
Injection Molding Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining one or more plastic injection molding presses in a cleanroom environment on an overnight shift schedule.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Background in plastic injection molding machines across various tonnages
-
Ability to run and operate injection molding machines independently
-
Experience with robot/picker operation
-
Experience with mold setting and basic preventive maintenance
-
Electro-mechanical aptitude
-
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Ability to work in an ISO 8 (100,000) cleanroom environment

Ability to work Monday–Wednesday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM plus 4 additional hours on Thursday or Friday as scheduled

Ability to pass drug screening and background check (no THC)
Preferred Skills:
-
Basic Mandarin language communication/reading/writing skills
-
Working knowledge of an injection molding facility and production workflows

Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 13485
-
Experience troubleshooting injection molding process issues
Job Responsibilities:
-
Operate one or more injection molding presses per shift according to established procedures
-
Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure stable production and part quality
-
Operate robots/pickers for part removal and handling
-
Perform mold setting and assist with mold changes as required

Conduct basic preventive maintenance and minor adjustments on machines and auxiliary equipment

Maintain cleanroom standards in accordance with ISO 8 requirements, including gowning and housekeeping

Monitor production for defects and coordinate with quality procedures to ensure compliance with specifications

Accurately record production, downtime, and process data as required by work instructions

Participate in onsite training to learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements
Pay Details: $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
