Medical Device Test Technician supporting systems engineering through product testing, verification, and documentation activities in an R&D environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in medical device development or closely related regulated industry

  • Experience in lab testing, instrumentation, and product verification (medical devices preferred)

  • Knowledge of GLP, validation protocols, and quality systems

  • Proficiency in accurate data collection, recording, and basic analysis

  • Ability to work in a laboratory environment and follow safety and quality protocols

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting systems engineering or product development teams

  • Background in product characterization and analysis for medical devices

  • Experience contributing to validation and verification documentation in a regulated environment

  • Familiarity with root cause analysis methods for product and process issues

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, validation, and execution of test methods to support product and system verification activities

  • Perform product characterization and analysis on new and incoming products to ensure quality and functionality

  • Support troubleshooting of new products and processes related to design, materials, or manufacturing by helping identify root causes and contributing to lasting solutions

  • Maintain laboratory organization, equipment readiness, and compliance with safety and quality protocols

  • Prepare and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation and standardized reports to communicate results to technical and engineering teams

  • Adhere to quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to support patient safety and product quality



Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
