Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in fluid control valves for electro-hydraulic and pneumatic systems, focused on innovative product development and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • BSME Degree

  • Strong 3D design experience with Creo/Siemens

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DVP&R development and execution

  • Ability to perform data and part analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fluid control valves meeting customer requirements

  • Select materials, processes, coatings for performance durability

  • Collaborate with CAD designers to verify drawing accuracy

  • Participate in design reviews for tolerance stacks

  • Conduct DFMEA preparation and participation early in development

  • Employ DFM and DFA techniques during development process

  • Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for root-cause analysis

  • Analyze test data against functional specifications



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
