Summary: Seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage order processing and serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.

  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Project Management

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems; Salesforce CRM preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

  • Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system

  • Order processing, customer support, and billing experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed knowledge of order process management

  • Process orders for customers as required

  • Assist operations with order adjustments as needed

  • Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com

  • Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and customer-related assistance

  • Manage Salesforce CRM changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports

  • Review and maintain contract accuracy including ordering changes to contract and trial conversion

  • Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner



Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
