Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager with expertise in mechanical engineering and military parts inspection to oversee quality management systems and supervise inspection teams.

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or extensive experience in machined parts inspection

  • Managerial experience supervising quality inspectors

  • Hands-on inspection experience required

  • Experience with Military Land/Air/Sea parts (MIL SPEC)

  • ISO Knowledge & AS9120:2016 background

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Management System processes

  • Supervise inspections, drawings library, and C of C system

  • Submit material and documentation to source inspectors

  • Directly supervise M&TE and its calibration cycle

  • Program and train on Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)

  • Train inspection personnel

  • Inspect incoming/outgoing material, make acceptance/rejection decisions, document outcomes

  • Verify inputs from internal suppliers before delivery to internal customers

  • Lead daily inspection activities and monitor team performance



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
