Summary: Seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday to manage complex configurations, enhancements, and workflows.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or related fields preferred
    • 3+ years of HRIS experience
    • Prior experience with Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance Management
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Workday implementations
    • Experience with SAP HR/Payroll Software
    • Knowledge of data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices
    • Strong understanding of Workday's HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll
  • Responsibilities:

    • Serve as functional consultant for Workday initiatives across multiple modules
    • Design, test, and implement changes to business processes and workflows in Workday
    • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and user acceptance testing
    • Recommend and implement configuration enhancements aligned with best practices
    • Analyze and resolve complex configuration issues


Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
