Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance process productivity and quality through statistical analysis and automation design.

  • Requirements:

    • U.S. Persons only
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering)
    • 5 years manufacturing experience in industrial engineering
    • Experience with statistical analysis tools like SPC and Lean Six Sigma
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in Six Sigma Process Improvement methods
    • Background in automation with knowledge of Allen Bradley systems
    • Knowledge of welding skills (LBW, GTAW, RSW, USW)
    • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and AS9100 quality systems
  • Responsibilities:

    • Drive process improvements through measurement and analysis
    • Design and develop automated equipment for production ramp-up
    • Resolve production issues using root cause analysis
    • Contribute to design for manufacturability on new projects
    • Implement Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and other methods for process stability


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
