Summary: Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with extensive Department of Defense program experience to lead a cross-functional team in the integration and testing of electro-mechanical systems.

  • Must have 10-15+ years of senior-level experience

  • At least 5-10 years of project management experience

  • Must have Department of Defense program experience

  • Experience leading design, development, and integration of complex electro-mechanical systems

  • BS degree required (ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Experience using Teamcenter

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional team for subsystem and vehicle-level integration and testing

  • Plan and execute engineering projects using project management fundamentals

  • Generate and execute project plans and integrated schedules

  • Establish funding mechanisms to facilitate work scope

  • Forecast and maintain project demand files

  • Utilize metrics to drive and monitor project performance

  • Facilitate technical and programmatic events

  • Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and test activities

  • Prepare bids and provide bid support for RFI or proposal efforts

  • Serve as primary technical interface for internal & external customers

  • Support change processing metrics through tracking, measuring, and managing aging issues to resolution

  • Evaluate customer comments on proposed changes for immediate action

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) system



Pay Details: $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
