Test Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement test hardware and software for integrated circuits with expertise in automated test equipment.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering (ABET accredited)
- 2 years experience in electrical testing of integrated circuits
- 1 year experience programming applicable ATE
Preferred Skills:
- Strong programming aptitude
- Understanding of digital, linear, mixed-signal, memory, and discrete device parameters
Responsibilities:
- Process products through Test and Burn-In departments
- Maintain automated test equipment and department tools
- Analyze device specifications for test platform selection
- Review documentation for sales quotes on engineering efforts
- Develop and implement electrical test programs using high-speed ATE
- Identify alternate sources for test services and software
- Design factory test equipment and coordinate programming
- Conduct experimental investigations on test methodologies and quality controls
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
