Injection Molding Technician

Summary: Seeking an Injection Molding Technician - Floor Supervisor for overseeing production activities and ensuring compliance in medical consumables manufacturing.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor injection molding technicians and operators.

• Coordinate daily production to meet output, quality, and safety goals.

• Set up, start, adjust, and shut down injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Ensure accurate completion of production documentation in compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.

• Follow cleanroom and safety protocols for contamination control and equipment operation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in medical device or consumables manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials (medical-grade polymers).

• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-regulated production.

Preferred Skills:

• RJG or Scientific Molding certification.

• Experience with automation, robotics, or vision inspection systems.

• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and cleanroom manufacturing software.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
