Summary: Seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer with expertise in aerospace and defense industries, focusing on PCBA/CCA design, electrical power distribution, and quality systems.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Technical Discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience

  • Knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC J-STD-001, MIL-PRF standards

  • Experience with Failure Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Actions

  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality System and AS9102C First Article Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support problem-solving activities with suppliers to eliminate non-conformances

  • Evaluate impact of nonconforming products and assess corrective actions

  • Assist suppliers with process improvements for manufacturing concerns

  • Drive "Zero Defect" mentality within supply base

  • Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings within Integrated Product Team



Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
