Summary: Seeking a Learning Design Specialist with expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical writing to join the Sales Training team.

  • Requirements:

    • BA in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical writing
    • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sectors
    • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning tools and LMS
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE)
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Project management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for innovation in learning design
    • Ability to quickly learn new terminology such as medical and sales terminology
    • Experience with data analysis and evaluation methodologies
  • Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate program logistics for new product integration
    • Develop training schedules for learner cohorts
    • Collaborate with SMEs to define learner profiles and objectives
    • Design new learner pathways for Urologic Cancer franchise
    • Review curriculum and optimize delivery formats


Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
