Machine Operator
Summary: Seeking a Machine Operator to manage card production equipment, ensure quality standards, and maintain an orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Mechanical ability with 1-3 years' experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate card production equipment and confirm work receipt
- Exceed production output and quality standards
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments
- Conduct quality inspections independently
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Identify potential production issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with security and production policies/procedures
- Order supplies as needed
- Attend training and meetings as required
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
