Strategic Sourcing Manager – IT

Summary: Seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager with expertise in IT procurement to develop and implement sourcing strategies for hardware, software, and services.

• Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT sector
  • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software

• Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or CSCP

• Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies for IT projects
  • Identify and manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and pricing
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT projects
  • Track supplier performance and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the sourcing function

Pay Details: $59.00 to $69.00 per hour
