Summary: Seeking a Sourcing Specialist with expertise in purchasing and sourcing within a manufacturing environment to develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive process improvements.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Business
    • Minimum of 3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience in manufacturing
    • Ability to read drawings
    • APICS or SCM Certification
    • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Prior machining or fabrication experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop sourcing strategies for assigned categories
    • Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers
    • Monitor external factors affecting pricing and availability
    • Analyze category spend for opportunities
    • Deliver savings and process improvements
    • Manage large data sets for decision support and trend analysis
    • Create RFQ packages for suppliers
    • Handle delivery and pricing issues escalations
    • Complete vetting of new suppliers within ERP systems


Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $88,000.00 per year
