Summary: Seeking a Test Engineer with expertise in power electronics testing and MIL-STD standards for developing and executing test plans on AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverter circuits.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
    • 3+ years experience in test engineering focused on power electronics
    • Strong understanding of power conversion topologies (buck, boost, flyback, full-bridge)
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of military, aviation, and telecom standards (MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810)
    • Familiarity with PCAD or Altium
    • Experience with LabVIEW
  • Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop test plans for power conversion products
    • Create automated test scripts and HIL systems
    • Conduct performance and reliability testing on prototypes and production units
    • Analyze test data for trends and failures; report findings to design team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
    • Develop and maintain calibrated test fixtures and equipment


Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
