Production Supervisor
Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with automotive assembly experience to lead manufacturing teams and ensure production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- No travel required.
- Manufacturing and supervisor experience essential.
- Automotive assembly experience required.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead small areas/processes within the production facility/line.
- Provide daily support and troubleshoot issues in manufacturing processes.
- Give performance feedback and appraisals to team members.
- Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor.
- Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve problems in manufacturing processes.
- Report product and process nonconformance issues.
- Implement and sustain 5S in work areas; champion process improvements.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
