Production Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with automotive assembly experience to lead manufacturing teams and ensure production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• No travel required.
• Manufacturing and supervisor experience essential.
• Automotive assembly experience required.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small areas/processes within the production facility/line.
• Provide daily support and troubleshoot issues in manufacturing processes.
• Give performance feedback and appraisals to team members.
• Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve problems in manufacturing processes.
• Report product and process nonconformance issues.
• Implement and sustain 5S in work areas; champion process improvements.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
