Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC machines including mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment

• Monitor and maintain coolant levels on machines

• Apply lubricants and perform routine servicing to ensure machine longevity

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and operational issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

• Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance tasks

• Support overall equipment reliability and uptime through preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and repair (mills, lathes, multi-axis machines)

• Experience monitoring coolant levels and applying lubricants on machines

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with preventative maintenance best practices

• Experience with machine performance documentation and reporting

• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial equipment maintenance

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
